Fixings

Chapati or phulka - 5
Onion - 1 major
Ginger-garlic glue - 1 tsp
Green chillies - 1
Tomato - 2 medium size
Capsicum - 1 medium size
Paneer - 150 grams
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Salt required
For the flavoring
Oil - 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds/jeera - 1 tsp
Readiness
Prepare chapati and keep it prepared.
Cleave every one of the vegetables and cut the paneer into solid
shapes.
Technique
Heat oil, add cumin seeds, when it splutters, add finely
cleaved onions and green chillies. Saute until onions turn straightforward.
